- Our rental cottage comes with a full kitchen and small refrigerator. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are quite large and have a stone fireplace. There are two bedrooms (each with an antique double bed) and one bathroom with a shower stall. The cottage is furnished with beautiful antiques and eclectic furnishings. There is central heat and air conditioning. Sit on our large covered porch and enjoy the beautiful hill country views.
The cottage is adjacent to the owners home with access to 13 beautiful fenced acres to explore and a refreshing 40 foot saltwater pool and hot tub overlooking the Pederanales Bridge.
Rates are: $160.00 per night Double Occupancy.
$175.00 per night Double Occupancy from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
$15.00 per person over 2 persons.
Maximum of 4 persons in the cottage.
An Additional 6% state tax will be applied..
50% Down, and balance due upon arrival.
* There is no charge for the greeting from the farm animals or the fresh eggs from our hen house.
